Online Orders

We know that sizing can be difficult when buying lingerie online. Please feel free to call or email us prior to completing your purchase to get our size recommendation. 

Non-packaged/boxed apparel items purchased online may be exchanged or returned for store credit under the following conditions:

• Item is unworn, in original condition, and still has tags attached
• Buyer emails us at freyajuneau@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving order to notify us of need to return
• Item is shipped back to us at buyer's cost, or brought to the store if you live in Juneau, within 7 days of receiving the order. 

Adult Devices

All item sales, both online and in store, are final with the exception of vibrators that are covered under warranty. In the event, that a vibrator becomes defective during the warranty period, we can provide you with a receipt for the company. If a device does not work when you get it home, contact us immediately and we will replace it. We suggest that you put in a warranty request with the company as soon as you purchase it.
