We know that sizing can be difficult when buying lingerie online. Please feel free to call or email us prior to completing your purchase to get our size recommendation.
Non-packaged/boxed apparel items purchased online may be exchanged or returned for store credit under the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, in original condition, and still has tags attached
- Buyer emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving order to notify us of need to return
- Item is shipped back to us at buyer's cost, or brought to the store if you live in Juneau, within 7 days of receiving the order.
All item sales, both online and in store, are final with the exception of vibrators that are covered under warranty. In the event, that a vibrator becomes defective during the warranty period, we can provide you with a receipt for the company. If a device does not work when you get it home, contact us immediately and we will replace it. We suggest that you put in a warranty request with the company as soon as you purchase it.
